Jussi Lehmusvirta, based in Tampere, has been working for Mercuri Urval since 1987 and he is one the most experienced consultant in Finland. Jussi has strong and versatile experience in Executive Search, Recruitment and Selection, both in the private and public sectors. He knows the wide business world, the client and candidate market, especially in the Pirkanmaa region. Jussi has co-operated with a wide range of clients and functions, from specialists to top management, executives and board members. He has long experience with over 500 Executive Search and Recruitment projects during his career. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Jussi worked for the Tampere University of Technology for 3 years. Jussi has been in a key role when developing Recruitment and Executive Search business and processes in Mercuri Urval. Jussi has an MSc from the Tampere University of Technology, focusing on Industrial Management. In international projects, Jussi speaks English.
