She has extensive expertise designing and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience to ultimately drive business growth. A master communicator, she works with passion, resilience, and empathy to help her clients and colleagues build the workplace for the future – one that is inclusive, diverse, high performing and a great place to work. Pivoting her career from a Lawyer to HR, her experience spans across HR including Recruitment, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Labour & Employee Relations, Organisational Design & Effectiveness and Cultural Transformation. Prior to her joining Korn Ferry, Neelam was the Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader for a Fortune 100 Company. She was responsible for mobilising the organisation into action to effectively embed DE&I into their cultural DNA. Neelam is a recognised thought leader, featured in various publications, guest speaker, panel discussion member and podcaster. Neelam is a member of Society for Diversity, d&I Leaders, InTouch Network, Women in Tech, BAME Recruitment. She is a Certified Diversity Practitioner, Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. She also studied Law (LLB) Hons, Legal Practice Course at the Nottingham Law School.
