He works predominantly in the Insurance, Real-Estate and Asset Management sectors, as Market Leader in France, and in the Private and Retail Banking sectors, working on chief executive, board and senior level management assignments with international as well as French companies. Prior to Joining Korn Ferry, Lawrence worked ten years for a global competitor and was mainly in charge of the Insurance and Asset Management sectors. He was previously Head of the Insurance Practice of a leading financial services executive search firm, where he set-up the practice and was responsible for its development and growth, its commercial activities, quality of the work processes and international reach. He was also Senior Manager at an international recruitment company, responsible for creating and developing their insurance and asset management divisions. Lawrence began his career as a financial auditor at Ernst & Young (EY) for four years. Lawrence received both his magistere and masters in banking and finance from Panthéon-Assas University and his graduate degree in political sciences from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris. He is fluent in English and French.
