Davide has been active in Executive Search since 2006. From 2014 he is Honorary Representative in Rome of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and Senior Advisor of Community Group, a leading consultancy firm specialized in Reputation Management. Davide joined Signium Italy as Director and Head of the Rome office in 2015. He became Partner in 2021. His areas of expertise are Executive Search, Organizational Development and Leadership Consulting. He began his career in Corporate Communications field as Senior Manager and Partner for Italian and International leading corporate and financial communications consultancy firms, including Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Barabino & Partners. From 2000 to 2001 he worked within the EMEA organization of Microsoft Corporation as Head of Government Affairs for Southern Europe, managing and coordinating Public Affairs in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece. From 2001 to 2006 he was Head of Communications and External Relations at Banca Nazionale del Lavoro Group (BNP Paribas today). From 2006 to 2015 he was Partner of Eric Salmon & Partners, where he conducted several searches for managerial positions in Industrial, Utilities and Services sector. Davide holds a degree in Modern Literature and Philosophy from the University of Milan and is fluent in Italian and English.
