Mr. Monaco has worked in several areas of knowledge, with a strong emphasis on implementation of corporate education models, including corporate universities, acting strongly in commercial and marketing development and in leadership programs for large Brazilian and foreign groups. His experience includes the implementation of remuneration projects, organizational development, organizational climate and performance management. He has also worked on talent management projects. Mr. Monaco has expertise in the areas of Corporate Education, Training and Development, Talent Management, Team Coaching,Top Team Effectiveness, Assessment & Succession, Change Management, Mentoring, Organizational Culture and Performance Management. Mr. Monaco graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie, with an MBA in HR and Marketing from FIA-SP. He has had several training courses in coaching, change management and specializations in Human Resources. He is a Professor of MBA of HR for the Foundation Institute of Administration - FIA, in the disciplines Leadership and Team Management.
