Biography
Ms. Dienhart specializes in all aspects of psychological assessment, from ensuring positive client experiences to interviewing, analyzing data and writing comprehensive reports. She assists clients in harnessing their workforce talent by providing thoughtful and data based recommendations. She is known for building strong relationships and being open and responsive in her communication style.
Ms. Dienhart also has significant technical experience in research and analytics. She recently evaluated the effectiveness of one of Korn Ferry's training programs and publish several articles highlighting the findings.
Ms. Dienhart has been at Korn Ferry since January, 2016. She previously worked as a graduate assistant in the social-emotional learning lab at the University of Minnesota. She has experience in psychological and educational consulting, the sports industry, and working with Fortune 500 clients.
Ms. Dienhart specializes in assessment and succession, leadership and talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
Ms. Dienhart graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas. She has a master's in psychology from the University of Minnesota and has finished her coursework for her doctorate in psychology (ABD), also at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MMPAW).
