Izgi is a qualified lawyer and has a strong track record of working in Emerging Markets. She is a versatile recruiter and partners with multinational corporations, family offices and government entities. Prior to joining Taylor Root in 2016, she was a Consultant at a global recruitment firm and worked in its Dubai office for four years, working particularly on senior-level legal and compliance hires and conducting international searches for newly created regional roles. At Taylor Root, she continues to run and develop our Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Regulatory desk across the Middle East & Africa, and country manages Turkey.
