Deborah Warburton leads Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources Practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and is based in the firm’s London office. She has more than 15 years of experience in executive search and assessment, specialising in chief human resources officers and direct reports across the function, including senior generalists, talent management, reward leaders and other specialist positions. Deborah graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Science (honours) in psychology and earned an MBA from Cambridge University’s Judge Business School. She has lived and worked in Germany and the United Kingdom.
