Brad is based in our New York office leading our North American business. He manages a team of respected recruiters supporting our clients with growing their HR teams across the US and Canada. He delivers retained searches from start-ups to Fortune 500’s, looking to appoint their people leaders and senior teams. Brad has worked in the industry since 2008 and with Frazer Jones since 2011, helping to build our European business they moved to the US in 2016. He takes a research-centric approach and has an extensive HR network as a brand extension for clients in securing the best talent.
