Mr. Williams has empowered organizations to achieve competitive advantage by addressing diversity and inclusion proactively in their due diligence, integration, communications and change management activities for dozens of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business process transformations and new technology platform implementation representing over $20 billion in value.
He has coached executive teams on inclusive leadership skills to execute successful product launches, reorganizations, strategic alliances and start-ups in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, utilities, professional services, consumer products and medical device industries.
Thomas has over 20 years of business, legal, Chief DE&I Officer and consulting experience developing and implementing global DEI strategy, process, policy, accountability and metrics in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, healthcare, digital tech, e-commerce, banking, professional services, energy, publishing and non-profit sectors. His focus has been on operationalizing structural DE&I by building organizational capability and cultural competence in the workplace and the marketplace.

Mr. Williams has pioneered innovative digital DE&I social learning and leadership coaching products and services through HR tech. His forward-thinking governance and operating models for client Diversity Councils, Business Resource Groups, DE&I Accountability, DE&I Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Management are highly effective and pragmatic.
Mr. Williams earned his BA from Wabash College and JD from the Georgetown University Law Center. He completed the Executive MBA Program at NYU’s Stern School of Business and received his coaching credentials at Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program.
