Katherine works with clients who are seeking to elevate and transform customer engagement and customer experience across consumer, lifestyle and health and wellness brands. Katherine partners with boards and C-suite leaders and her recruitment focuses on CEO, CXO, senior digital and marketing roles. Prior to True, Katherine was a consultant with Spencer Stuart in the global consumer and retail practices. Katherine was a senior client partner with Korn Ferry where she spent over 11 years focusing on CEO, GM, chief experience and growth officer roles with public and privately held companies. She was on the Steering Committee of the firm’s marketing officers and digital practices. Prior to executive search, Katherine was a marketing consultant for Mercer. She spent several years with UBS and The Walt Disney Internet Group. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks fluent French and was a lecturer at the University of Paris.
