Amir is a seasoned executive with almost 30 years of diverse experience in managing businesses with full profit-and-loss responsibilities. In addition to line management expertise in the IT industry, Amir has run many large, cross-border, IT and digital transformation programs, for multiple industries and sectors. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Amir was a board member and managing director at German software company IDS Scheer. Amir has an executive MBA from INSEAD, a master’s degree in information technology from SKEMA Business School in France and an electrical engineering degree from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP). He is fluent in English, French, and Farsi.
