A degree in Psychology, combined with many years of experience in conducting aptitude and personality tests, allows me to bring added value to HR assessment processes and to support management in making strategic development decisions for job functions and roles.I've successfully managed several international recruitment assignments working on behalf of multinational companies (Italian and foreign) for start ups in Italy and in other countries, also acquiring strong company organisation and process skills as a result.
