Rahmee has a deep understanding of the technology, platform, and semiconductor sectors, with a specialized focus on software and hardware, network, enterprise solutions, security, digital transformation, media and entertainment, SNS, memory, foundry, and display technologies. Prior to joining DHR, Rahmee served as Managing Director in the technology sector at a global executive search firm. Before that, she served as a Managing Consultant at a local Korean recruiting firm specializing in ICT and semiconductor executive search, where she dedicated 15 years of her career. Before beginning her executive search career, Rahmee served in HR roles at Dell Korea and iAsiaWorks Korea, a global internet service provider, where she was responsible for managing compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Rahmee earned a degree in business marketing from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. She is fluent in English and is a native Korean speaker.
