Sarah is an accomplished search professional with expertise spanning across the North American market. Sarah served as a Partner for BluEra up until DHR International acquired the firm in September 2016. Previously, Sarah was a Partner at Korn/Ferry International for 10 years, working in the global industrial market with a focus on the energy sector. Her background is in sales roles with Sprint Canada and later she joined RHI Consulting (Robert Half International) as an Account Executive, Branch Manager and finally Division Director. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business, both from the University of Alberta. Sarah has completed the Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting from Cornell University and she holds an ICD.D designation having completed the Directors Education program through the Institute of Corporate Directors. Sarah is the Past Chair of Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta and was involved with the Calgary Business Hall of Fame laureate selection.
