Eirik Efjestad is a trusted advisor to companies in the Financial Services Sector and the Industrial and Natural Resources Sector, providing valuable executive search and leadership advice. Based in Oslo, Eirik executes assignments in a broad range of projects, such as Private Equity and various industrial segments and corporate officers including CFO and Chief Legal Officers. Prior to re-joining RRA as a Consultant, Eirik spent three years as an Associate Director within the Corporate Banking division of the biggest bank in the Nordics. Here, he worked closely with different C-level executives, advising on capital structure and financing. Eirik began his professional career as an Analyst in another global executive search firm, before joining RRA together with the entire Norwegian team in 2016. Eirik also has a background from the Royal Norwegian Navy, where he worked as a first lieutenant. Eirik is a passionate mountain climber and sailor and has crossed the Atlantic Ocean and climbed several high-altitude mountains. Eirik holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration with specialization in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Master in Management from Universität Mannheim.
