Our Not-for-Profit and Public Sector clients consistently partner with Rutesh enlisting him as their trusted advisor for their C-suite and executive search needs. He is known for having a transparent approach, putting the lens on how his clients and candidates ‘feel’ at each stage of the recruitment cycle. On each assignment, he follows a thorough, compliant and inclusive process. Drawing from his personal lived experiences, Rutesh is also PageGroup’s ED&I Board Member. He pursued an MSc in Operational Research: Change Management, Mathematics, IT and Organisational Development from the London School of Economics.
