Biography
Jamie started his career at Deloitte focused on audit and eventually transitioned to the HR team for internal recruiting. He has a myriad of experience in recruiting for small to large corporations and even in RPO.
Jamie has always believed that, “Making the right hire is no longer matching someone with a job requisition. It’s about finding a candidate with similar work ethic, cultural aspirations, and has unique skills to add value and growth to the organization – it’s not simply about the job.”
In Jamie’s free time, he likes to attend golf, baseball, basketball, and football sporting events. He also enjoys coaching youth sports.
