Karrie is an associate in True’s New York office, where she focuses on searches within the Consumer practice. Prior to True, Karrie spent two years at Notch Partners working exclusively with private equity clients to cultivate high-impact executive talent relationships, specializing in the Consumer space. Additionally, she contributed to several internal, firm-wide initiatives such as recruiting, training and employee morale. Karrie graduated summa cum laude from Colgate University with a double concentration in history and russian eurasian studies.
