Her experience lies in advising HR heads and executive management with compensation trends of the market & industry. Ms. Wadhwa has worked closely with clients like Shell, DNV, Pepsi, Exxon, Aditya Birla, Tractebel, Mitsubishi Electric, Chevron, Walmart on assignments like compensation benchmarking, benefits benchmarking, salary structuring, policy design, budgeting, implementation of compensation review process etc. Ms. Wadhwa has a MBA in HR from Amity Business School.
