Biography
Ms. Bose has worked in corporate HR and senior consulting roles for thirty years. She specialises in a wide range of human resources solutions that deliver business value and enable clients to exceed their potential. Ms. Bose’s collaboration with blue chip clients across all industry sectors and many government organisations spans the UK, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and the Asia Pacific region.
Ms. Bose possesses core expertise in talent management, leadership assessment and development; leadership program facilitation; executive coaching; diversity and inclusion and consulting business strategy development. Ms. Bose has held various assessment and development practice leadership roles with global talent assessment solutions firm SHL and she was previously a senior associate in Aon Hewitt’s leadership consulting business.
Ms. Bose’s consulting capability is complemented by strong business experience. She has previously held posts such as director, markets and strategy with PricewaterhouseCoopers and was managing director of SHL’s New Zealand operation.
Ms. Bose is a registered psychologist (AHPRA Australia) and HPC registered (UK); a chartered occupational psychologist (UK); a certified executive coach; an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and a fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds an master’s degree in personnel management and business administration and a bachelor’s degree (hons.) in education and psychology. Ms. Bose is a member of Soroptimist International, a global voluntary service organisation for women in management and the professions affiliated with the United Nations.
