Jasper’s search career started at Heidrick & Struggles in 1999 before successfully building an internal search firm for an emerging venture capital fund. He joined True after ten years at Bay Area search firm SPMB. Prior to his search career, Jasper worked in the strategic services group at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and the supply chain strategy practice at Ernst & Young. He focuses in enterprise software, but has worked with a broad spectrum of clients that have created more than $30B in wealth creation, including: AppDynamics, WeWork, Mulesoft, Fitbit, Lynda.com, Okta, Uber, Procore, and Databricks. When he's not hunting white rhinos and unicorns, he hunts two other mythic beasts—his five and seven year old daughters, Kirra and Sasha with his wife, Michelle. Sometimes he even gets a moment to sneak in a surf.
