Biography
Mr. Bonny has over twenty-five years' experience advising clients on strategy, organization, people, leadership and culture transformation. He developed expertise in translating business challenges into human and organizational strategies, in measuring and developing talents and competences. Mr. Bonny has gained change management experience through his involvement in enterprise-wide transformation.
Mr. Bonny has been exposed to a vast range of industries, public and private, local or global players.
Mr. Bonny is energized by clarifying and simplifying complex clients' issues, architecting solutions, making intangibles (ideas, strategies) tangible. He has a unique ability to connect and articulate fundamental research and business solutions.
His fields of research include commitment-based management, speech-act theory and leadership, new forms of organizations and management.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Bonny lead the HR transformation division at Accenture, PwC and Deloitte.
Mr. Bonny's expertise in human resource and organization transformation encompass strategy design and delivery, process re-engineering, shared-service centers, outsourcing, organization design and development, people and organization performance, culture and competency management, learning center, audit, due diligence, pre- and post merger integration programs design. Recently, he coached and accompanied executives of major bank, leading railway, university and an oil & gas co.
Mr. Bonny has extensive exposure to assessment and development centers, he is certified behavioral assessor; he was HR director Europe for Trane, a global HVAC manufacturer, in 2005-2006.
Mr. Bonny holds a MA in Business administration from HEC (ICHEC - Brussels, BE); and MA and Professorship of Philosophy from UCL (ISP - Louvain, BE); he studied cognitive psychology (UCL, BE). Later he pursued master classes in HRM (DePaul University, USA) then Economia dell'Arte (ILUM - Milano, IT).
