I joined Odgers Berndtson Russia in 2021, before that I had been searching and evaluating top teams for more than 14 years. Previously, I was a member of the global Board of Directors of a consulting company and oversaw international development. I was also a leader in the consumer goods industry in the Central and Eastern Europe region. In addition, I was responsible for the development of the consumer sector in Russia. I love to be constantly on the move, discovering new routes, countries and cities. I have been fond of active sports since childhood: tennis, alpine skiing, snowboarding were my favorite. I also enjoy sailing, surfing and running. I have managed to get to the active volcano crater, I have recently mastered ski touring and also visited the 60th country on my list. I am the ambassador of Meet For Charity, Russia's largest charity auction for meetings with famous people.
