Joy works for supporting good leadership in the public sector through organisational and management development, supervision, recruitment and coaching. She has a long-standing background as a manager within the municipal welfare areas and has experience with interdisciplinary management, change management, building organisations as well as strategy and quality development. Joy is originally a political scientist from the University of Aarhus and has besides several educations in coaching also leadership training programmes from Metropol, UCC, LUP (leadership training in Copenhagen Municipality) and KIOL Executive
