Biography
Mina Paul advises clients as a member of the Consumer Sector and Consumer Digital and Media Practice. She is responsible for handling senior executive searches and advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including consumer products and services; consumer digital; retail; and luxury, leisure and hospitality. With more than a decade of international executive search and assessment experience, Mina has deep expertise beyond the Consumer Sector, with experience spanning technology, industrial, healthcare and government for clients of various sizes and geographies. Based in Dubai, she is a trusted client advisor to both regional and multinational institutions, and specializes in change management, stakeholder alignment and transformational initiatives.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Mina worked for another leading international search firm, where in her last role she was director of enhanced search, EMEA, based in Paris. During this time, she was part of a global change management team and was responsible for the regional roll-out of strategic initiatives in executive assessments. Mina has also held search and research director roles in Dubai and has completed approximately 300 senior executive appointments throughout her executive search career. Mina began her career in human resources at Canal+ and later worked with the French Ministry of Employment.
Mina holds a bachelor’s degree in language interpretation and translation from Marc Bloch University in Strasbourg and two master’s degrees from the Sorbonne University in Paris, in European affairs, and business and international commerce. She also holds executive leadership certificates from Cornell University and INSEAD. Mina is fluent in French and English.
