Richard leads Hanover’s Leadership Solutions business. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations to increase their performance. With over 10 years of experience in people consulting, Richard has supported hundreds of leaders from first-line managers to executives and board members. Richard previously worked for a global people consultancy in the Financial Services leadership and talent practice. Prior to this he served as a British Army officer, gaining his own first-hand leadership experience in the UK, Cyprus, Iraq and Afghanistan. Richard has a master’s degree and is accredited to use a range of psychometric tools.
