Mr. Petrossian joins Korn Ferry from Foster Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in life sciences, where he was managing director of the China office. There, he led a team of consultants specializing in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare and biotech. Prior to that, he worked as practice leader of medical devices & biotech for MRI China Group (now Morgan Phillips), where he established the company's Healthcare & Life Science business. Previously, Mr. Petrossian held a leadership position at Codman & Shurtleff, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Petrossian holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles.
