Claudia is Managing Partner and Head of the Industrial Practice of Odgers Berndtson in Colombia. She is also responsible for the Consumer Practice.​ ​She has solid experience in the processes of searching, selecting, and evaluating senior management executives, especially in the sectors she leads, although she has participated in the most important selection projects for senior management of the company. Furthermore, she stands out for leading the evaluation and assessment processes of senior management executives of the most important clients of the organization.​ For more than 20 years, she has been associated with the company where she has an ascending professional career, starting as a junior consultant until becoming a partner in the company. As a partner, she leads the development of new businesses and is part of the team that leads the most important and powerful processes in the organization.​ Furthermore, her experience leading high-volume executive selection and evaluation projects in different sectors of the national economy is notable.​ ​A psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with post-graduate work in Human Resources Management from Cambridge University, in association with Universidad Autónoma de Manizales.​
