Prior to Korn Ferry, during 17 years with a leading global strategy consulting firm, Michel Jaubert has assisted major Financial Institutions faced with challenges in their strategy and organization. He has advised CEO and C-suite executives on the operational implications of their strategic decisions, supporting them on designing and implementing new operating models, adapting to cultural, business, regulatory or technology changes. Michel also held several management positions in the banking industry including a role of Regional Operations Director in Asia for Banque Indosuez and Director of Operations for State Street Banque. He has been a strong advocate and practitioner of innovation, digitization, agile and design-thinking in his strategic advisory practice to help his clients address their Digital transformation challenges. Michel worked for a wide range of Institutions in Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Supranationals, Payments and Fintechs. He graduated from the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Sociales (ESSEC) and also holds an MBA degree from INSEAD.
