Florence Delmas brings to the firm the depth of more than 25 years of experience in the private equity industry, including high-level searches for C-level management and board members for portfolio companies, buy-in management teams as well as operating partners and senior advisors. As a former investor, Florence brings deep knowledge to build relationships, develop deal insight and angles, and offer a holistic perspective into the needs of private equity investors, both to win deals and maximize value creation. Florence is based in Paris, and is a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Private Equity and Financial Officer practices. Florence earned a degree in business administration and finance from Neoma Business School and a bachelor’s degree in European business administration from Middlesex University. She is fluent in French, Italian and English.
