Karin advises financial services boards recruiting chief executives, chairmen and non-executive directors for investment firms, pensions funds and private banks. Karin has successfully completed high level search assignments on behalf of global institutional money managers, boutique firms and private banks. Karin is Korn Ferry UK's ambassador for Diversity and Inclusion, supporting the firm's Efficacy for Women in Leadership programmes and has a strong focus on identifying female talent to increase the representation of women on boards. In her previous career, Karin worked in capital markets for Morgan Stanley, Salomon Brothers and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. Karin started her career in Executive Search as a Partner at Baines Gwinner, a leading financial services boutique. In 2001 the firm was acquired by Whitehead Mann where Karin led the firm's Wealth and Asset Management practice until Whitehead Mann was acquired by Korn Ferry in 2009. Karin is a member of the 30% Club Steering Committee and also sits on the Board of City Women Network (CWN). Karin graduated from Lille University and is fluent in French and Swedish.
