Biography
Ms. Mitchell partners with boards of directors, trustees, and senior management to assist them with developing and implementing reward programs to help to attract, retain, motivate, and focus top executive talent.
Ms. Mitchell has extensive experience working with tax-exempt healthcare organizations. Specifically she has partnered with large national healthcare systems, regional healthcare systems, and community hospitals.
Ms. Mitchell has over twelve years of experience helping healthcare organizations make good decisions around reward programs. Prior to coming to Korn Ferry, she worked at a general management consulting firm focusing on organization design and process improvement.
Her areas of expertise include reward strategy, compensation philosophy review and design, job evaluation and measurement, competitive market analyses, and incentive program design.
Ms. Mitchell also has significant experience in the design and development of broad-based compensation programs.
Ms. Mitchell received a bachelors of art in art history from the University of Virginia, and a masters of business administration in human resources from Vanderbilt University.
