Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, Alexa served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a small Dutch boutique recruitment agency based out of Atlanta. Prior to moving into recruitment Alexa worked in a world-renowned boutique hotel company, she held numerous operational roles including Front of House Manager. Alexa’s unique experiences give her the knowledge and understanding of her clients’ needs. Alexa not only has a track record of placing at world-class organizations, but also is able to identify entrepreneurial and high-potential talent that are an integral part of today’s evolving business environment. Her areas of expertise include; travel, hospitality, leisure, execution, and business development. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality from the Hotelschool The Hague. She is bilingual in English and Dutch.
