Jimmy Prencipe is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office based in Northwest Arkansas. He is a member of the Industrial and Consumer Markets practices. Leveraging a consultative approach developed over 15 years in executive search, assessment, and corporate human resources; Jimmy is a member of the global aerospace & defense, and agribusiness sectors. He focuses on C-suite, business unit, and senior functional searches for publicly traded, family-owned, and private equity and venture capital-backed companies. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Jimmy led people operations at a Fortune 100 company with a team of 1,400 people focusing on talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, HR technology, and analytics. Earlier in his career, Jimmy worked in the aerospace & defense practice of a global executive search firm and in the executive recruiting function at Walmart. While serving in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy Reserve, he concluded a 10-month active-duty deployment with the Navy in 2009, serving as an all-source intelligence analyst with a task force in Iraq.
