Jane Bargmann is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and regional managing partner of the Industrial Practice in the Americas. With 15 years of international experience in executive search and management consulting, Jane leads operating and board searches for the Fortune 500, private equity portfolio companies, and emerging start-ups across multiple industries. Jane also co-leads the Transportation, Logistics & Distribution sector. Jane has led CEO, COO, general manager, supply chain, operations, and board searches and assessment projects. She focuses on partnering with clients going through transformation, whether it be the adoption of Industry 4.0, a high-growth scenario, ownership change, or turnaround. Additionally, with more than a decade living abroad, Jane is passionate about working internationally and has partnered with clients and executed searches around the world. Jane previously worked in management consulting with CRA International and Marakon, where she led strategy, industrial development, and private equity due diligence engagements for clients in the chemicals and industrial sectors. She lived in the Middle East for five years, primarily working in Saudi Arabia.
