Ms. Staley serves clients on engagements in fintech and digital and emerging services. Her fintech industry specialty includes software, payments, core processing, and platform companies that serve financial services organizations. She has led searches across various functions including General Managers, Practice Leaders, sales and marketing, business development, operations, finance, pricing, and product management. Ms. Staley joined Korn Ferry from another global executive search firm where she was a member of the Financial Services and Fintech practice. Her prior search work includes an emphasis on consumer and retail banking, consumer finance, payments, cards, and mortgage serving Top 20 Global Banks, regional and community banks, specialty finance companies, fintech providers, and private equity. Earlier in her career, Bea worked in business banking and retail bank management at Wells Fargo & Company before transitioning to a financial planning and analysis role at 7-Eleven, Inc. She began her career at CNN International as a research analyst. Bea completed her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish language studies and Psychology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas.
