Carla Casares is a senior associate in the San Francisco office and sits in the Go-to-Market practice. Prior to true she was with Gold Coast Search Partners (GCSP), a boutique executive search firm that focused on private equity investment professional placements. Carla joined GCSP shortly after inception and was responsible for Pre-MBA associate placements. Carla started her career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she focused on senior executive searches for high-growth private equity and venture capital-backed technology companies and members of the Fortune 500. While there, she also was involved in the diversity and inclusion practice. Carla graduated from Pitzer College with a degree in organizational studies. Outside of True, she loves to stay active outdoors and enjoys surfing, skiing, sailing and hiking.
