With nine years of search experience specific to Sales and Marketing functions, Mrs. Gruezo has partnered with global, national and start-up organizations in providing strategic direction on human capital. She has a successful track-record of recruiting mid-market to executive leadership within highly technical areas of software and technology (SaaS, Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Fin-tech, Mar-tech, IoT), Industrial (Automotive, Chemicals, Electrical, Metals, Food Ingredients), and Consumer (Durables, Electronics, Food). Mrs. Gruezo applies proven techniques through the executive search process to drive results at every stage, including relationship development, research, search strategy, candidate identification and development, search execution and placement. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Gruezo was a Senior Manager at PageGroup, a global recruitment firm, where she managed the Midwest Sales & Marketing Practice. She developed two highly specialized businesses. One within Technical Sales in Manufacturing and Distribution with a focus in Automotive, and the other in Software and Technology Sales within Big Data and Cybersecurity. Mrs. Gruezo graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in May of 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
