She is an expert in the field of leadership assessment as well as leadership development and coaching with more than 15 years of experience in advising her clients across all industries. Franziska has gained her wide-ranging experience in various well-known consulting firms. After starting her career in strategic consulting (The Boston Consulting Group), she joined the Cologne Institute for Management Consulting, where she held a leading position focusing on client projects of selection and development of executives as well as the support of change processes. Franziska holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a PhD in Motivational Psychology from the University of Mannheim.
