Biography
Geoffroy has over ten years of experience advising clients on Rewards & Talent subjects and has worked in a variety of industries covering the private, (semi) public and NGO sector.
Since 2008 Geoffroy has been involved in various projects for the domestic and international market.
He has worked several years as a Talent & Rewards consultant for an international consulting firm where he was involved in job grading, (international) benchmarking, setting up rewards structures, sales incentive design plans and developing career paths & competencies frameworks.
In 2016 he joined a global pharmaceutical company as Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Benelux before joining a large Payroll provider as a Strategic Rewards Consultant in charge of assisting companies with the implementation of Flexible Rewards Plans and Total Reward Statements.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry he was a Managing Consultant for a Benelux Consulting company advising clients on their Reward Frameworks.
He holds a Master degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA), Belgium, as well as an additional degree in HR from the Ichec Brussels Management School.
