Kumar is a Senior Associate based in Dubai. He has served as a senior talent acquisition and research specialist for top search firms in the Middle East for over 13 years. Kumar delivers research strategy, talent generation and leadership selection of top-level executives and board members across a variety of industries for the region. Prior to joining Marlin Hawk, Kumar worked at Korn Ferry and Boyden. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration specialising in Human Resources Management from Central Queensland University in Australia. He speaks English, Hindi, Urdu and basic Arabic.
