Biography
Lucas Cridland is Managing Director of MediaLink’s Hudson Bridge practice that provides technology-driven transformation advisory. He supports clients with expertise to re-imagine how agencies can work, supported by a better technology-led infrastructure that benefits both individuals and businesses that work together across the media supply chain.
Lucas provides guidance on agency enterprise systems and implementation, transition, and integration, as well as accelerating operational speed, efficiency and efficacy. He scales and onboards clients to Hudson MX, an advertising technology business providing media buying and accounting solutions globally through a cloud-based SaaS platform.
Lucas is a 25-year industry veteran, including seven leading agencies’ global buying operations, and has worked in the U.S., China and the U.K. He was previously Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Media, Dentsu, where he was responsible for operational infrastructure, technology platforms and working processes. Prior, Lucas held other leadership positions within Dentsu, including President, Amplifi, U.S., and earlier in his career at Omnicom Media Group and Publicis Groupe.
