Yazdi has over twelve years of experience in retained executive search. The majority of his career has been spent supporting management consulting and IT Services firms in both functional and industry leadership roles. Yazdi has been engaged by clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, bringing a global mindset and network to each engagement. Yazdi is also a leader in Strategy COE in North America, leading Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer searches across varying industries. He has additionally led engagements to build internal strategy, corporate development, business transformation and in-house consulting teams for global Fortune 500, FTSE 100 companies, and leading Private Equity funds. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Yazdi was a Director at another executive search firm in London, UK. During this time, he led the professional services practice, executing on global leadership mandates, large scale assignments, team moves and developing new practices and capabilities. Yazdi is a graduate of Brunel University, London with a bachelor of science degree in Psychology.
