Prior to Malaysia he led several strategic initiatives in India, working with multiple diversified conglomerates including Aditya Birla Group, Kotak Group, Tata Group, GMR Group, Murugappa Group, Hinduja Group, Adani Group, Mahindra Group and MNCs including Vodafone-Idea, Toyota, Renault Nissan, Volkswagen, Firstsource, Gerdau etc. Siva has deep expertise in assessing, developing, and coaching CEOs, executives, top teams and high potential leaders, to bring out their best today and prepare themselves for future aspirations. Siva also specialises in organisation & job design to solve for structural problems, succession planning and career pathing, pay & status alignment, enabling potential and improving productivity. Siva is a lead facilitator on several IP led initiatives including Korn Ferry's Assessment of Leadership Potential, KF4D, KFLA, Making Great Leaders, Top Team Effectiveness, High Impact Assessments, Org. Structure & Work Design. Siva has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM C) specialising in Strategy & Behavioural Sciences; and a graduate degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E Hons.) from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS, Pilani), India. Prior to joining Hay Group in 2011, Siva worked in Strategy Consulting, and People & Change consulting verticals in PricewaterhouseCoopers in India and UK (~7 years), and also 2 start-ups prior to that.
