Prior to joining DHR, Wang served as Leadership Advisory Consultant at a global executive search and leadership consulting firm in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Professional Services Practice. Before that, she was a Partner at a consulting firm in the Greater China area, where she led the Public Sector Practice and advised clients on topics including digital infrastructure, smart cities, and digitalization transformation. Earlier in her career, Wang was a founding team member and a key leader of Amazon Web Services, Greater China. In her role as General Manager of Public & SOE, Platform and Strategic Business Development, she managed the P&L and made significant contributions to the success of AWS China. Additionally, she worked at Dell China, where she held various roles in the commercial area and served as Sales GM/Solution Sales GM.​ Wang holds an EMBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Northern Jiaotong University in China.
