Mr. Maxfield brings nearly twenty years of experience in leadership consulting, particularly within the technology and life sciences sectors. He works with clients to understand their business needs and implement solutions in selecting, engaging, and developing employees and leaders. His deep background in organizational development and consulting enables him to establish strong value-added partnerships with his clients. With ten years in the Firm's Global Novations business, Mr. Maxfield offers a unique combination of experience in leadership development, communication, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Maxfield was a manager of sales operations and training at a Bay Area software company. In this position, he directed efforts to develop the sales force, implement a sales force automation system, and educate partners on company solutions. Mr. Maxfield has been a featured presenter at the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) annual conference and at the Conference Board's Leadership Development Council. He has published several thought leadership articles and whitepapers on career and leadership development. Mr. Maxfield holds a master of organizational behavior degree and a bachelor of science degree in business management, with an emphasis in information systems, from Brigham Young University.
