She spent around 5 years in her own businesses across Retail, F&B and education sectors before pivoting into recruitment industry. She is always passionate about her job, sees it as a career and a lifestyle she could build for life. She appreciates every single opportunity partnering with her clients and candidates. Till date, many have turns into valuable relationship along her 18 years of profession. Now, Chris focuses in Private Banking recruitment, ie Wealth Management, External Asset Management and Family Office (FO) while managing BTI Executive Search Singapore’s operation and P&L. She is also leading a team of result-oriented consultants who specialize in Banking, IT & Tech, Digital, Consumer Market and Corporate Services.
