She also works across industries with companies whose strategic operations depend on sophisticated technologies and applications. She has completed global assignments for CEOs, CROs, COOs, CMOs, CCOs, CGOs, CDOs, presidents, board members, and functional vice presidents. Previously, Ms. Germaine was a managing partner and the co-head of Global Practices/United States region with another large executive search firm. Ms. Germaine was named to BusinessWeek's list of the World's Most Influential Headhunters. She also was profiled as a leading search consultant in The Career Makers: North America's Top Executive Recruiters, published by HarperCollins Publishers, Inc. She is active in several professional and non-profit organizations including the Dana Farber/Jimmy Fund Top 400 Club. Ms. Germaine splits her time between the firm's Boston and San Francisco office.
