Biography
Kim serves Korn Ferry clients by bringing strategic enterprise-wide solutions that deliver high impact. Her approach is to help organizations move from theory to action through the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Kim has built talent and risk management strategies for Fortune 500 companies with an industry focus that includes financial institutions, higher education, construction, manufacturing and large governmental entities across North America. She is a skilled advisor across diversity, equity and inclusion, risk management, organizational change management, HR processes, team coaching, and skills development.
Kim has over thirty-years of leadership experience. She joins Korn Ferry from a global advisory firm, where, as an executive vice president she developed industry leading solutions on how to build strategic partnerships with high-performing women and minority-owned firms across the United States. Previously, Kim was a chief operating officer of new business development for a multinational professional services firm.
Kim holds a master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Kim also holds a CPCU designation.
